Dr. Panoske was born in Madison, WI but raised in Northwest Illinois. He is a 1988 graduate from Dakota High School and a 1992 graduate from Illinois State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Health.
In 1996 Dr. Panoske started dental school at University of Illinois Chicago and graduated in 2000 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Later that year, he joined Dr. Wake's practice and bought the practice in 2002 when Dr. Wake retired.
Dr. Panoske is a member of the
- Greater Dane Dental Society
- Wisconsin Dental Association
- American Dental Association.
With over 300 hours of continuing education, Dr. Panoske keeps up with the latest technology and techniques used in dentistry.
In February 2015, Dr. Panoske traveled to the Dominican Republic for training on placing implants. He and his group placed 100 implants during the course. He has completed 72 hours of continuing education with implants this year so far.
Dr. Panoske, and his wife, have three boys: Nick, Connor, and Matthew. He enjoys any activities outdoors and keeps busy with three growing boys and their activities.
